HATCH strives to foster and mentor the Next Generation into socially responsible, entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow through education, experience and opportunity.
The HATCH NextGen programs connect students to global leaders and mentors at the top of their industries. We design high-touch collisions that forge relationships, manifesting powerful outcomes — from policy passed in school districts to ventures launched and scholarships awarded.

Students from around the world apply to attend a HATCH Summit — three and a half days of talks, roundtables, workshops, idea exchange, music and rapid prototype sessions tackling real-world challenges. Each Fellow is paired with mentors who align with their vision and area of interest.

50,000+ mentorship hours with winners of Pulitzers, Cannes Lions, Grammys, Emmys, Oscars, Webbys and more — putting the leaders of tomorrow shoulder-to-shoulder with the leaders of today.

Tens of thousands in scholarship funds awarded annually to under-represented students, powered by partners like Kimberly-Clark, Steelcase and the Yellowstone Club Community Foundation.
